Description

This new package is a 4 week intensive puppy group class that will begin on Wednesday, August 4th at 6pm. This class is specifically for puppies ages 8 weeks to 6 months.

Each class will be held weekly on Wednesdays and we will work to teach you and your puppy the necessary skills for entering the distracting environment of group classes, which ensures you can get the most out of your class experiences. Make-up classes will be offered every Thursday at 7pm. You must schedule your spot for a makeup class in advance!

If you are interested in private sessions – we are also offering an add-on, too! Private sessions are a fantastic way to gain training experience in a safe environment with an individual program tailored towards you and your puppy.

What to bring to Classes:

While we are balanced trainers, our training is primarily based on positive reinforcement and behavior shaping. You will need a good quality (loud) clicker and a bag of small, high-value treats. We love cut up hot dogs and Red Barn food rolls, but any small, tasty treat will work. (A very food driven dog may work for their kibble, too.) Please do not feed your dog immediately before class – we want them eager for treats!
On your first visit, please bring your dog using the collar, halter, or harness you currently use. We will make recommendations for other equipment if needed. You will also need a leash. Please, no retractable (Flexi) leashes!
